Provides information and advocacy to promote the self-determination and well being of long term care consumers. The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program serves as advocates for residents of licensed long term care facilities. The Ombudsman addresses complaints made by or on behalf of residents and works to help resolve them.

West Michigan Guardianship provides court-appointed guardianship for individuals who are intellectually disabled, mentally ill, or incapacitated from dementia or Alzheimer’s. WMG provides fiscal management for individuals unable to manage personal income, investments and real estate.
